Save to your city mapThe Old Jewish Cemetery was used between 1439 and 1787 and is one of the oldest existing Jewish cemeteries in Europe. Containing more than 12,000 tombstones, the cemetery also includes the grave of Judah Loew ben Bezalei who is well-known in connection with the legend of the Golem. The cemetery is also part of the Jewish Musuem.
