It is located in Manhattan's West Side in the heart of the Chelsea District. This unique "sky park" was built in 2009 and features a 1 and a half mile-long path, sun-decks, art, elevator service, benches, and food kiosks. The park offers incredible views across Manhattan including the Chelsea District, the Meatpacking district, and the Hudson River.
