It was built in 1999 in honor of the Millennium and is therefore also known as the 'Millennium Wheel'. At 135 meters high, the wheel offers breathtaking views over the city. There are various tickets options available for the attraction including a Fast Track Ticket, a Flexi Standard Ticket and a Standard Ticket. A Standard Ticket costs around £15.00. It is also possible to book a Champagne Experience or Day and Night Experience.
