Save to your city mapThe Cicek Pasaji is a famous and historical arcade on the İstiklal Avenue, formerly known as Cité de Péra. Meaning 'Flower Passage' in Turkish, there used to be a theater within the building, but the Fire of Pera in 1870 damaged it severely. In the twentieth century the building was mostly occupied by flower shops, but after extensive renovation it was reopened in 1988 with a variety of pubs and restaurants.
