The 50 acre city park is popular among residents as well as tourists. Highlights of the central park include a cooling spray pool, a carousel, a large grass area, the Parkman Bandstand, and the Frog Pond Cafe. In the heart of the park visitors can find the Boston Public Garden, with its beautiful lagoon bridge, flower plantings, and several statues & memorials. It is possible to take a boat trip on the lake.
