Highlights of the beautiful Reichstag building include well-preserved Soviet graffiti from Word War II and a large glass dome offering a unique 360 degree panoramic view. Visitor services at the Reichstag include audio tours and a spectacular rooftop restaurant and terrace. Visitors need to book in advance to visit the glass dome.
